Spa Etiquette

Our therapists are not allowed to perform any services without all necessary forms. Please make sure to fill out all forms (We will send you a link via text message) before your arrival (if possible) to ensure that your service's time will not be shorten.

We do not recommend that you bring any valuable items with you to our spa. We will not responsible for any lost items.

When arriving at the spa, you will be escorted to a locker room. You may change into a robe and slippers and store your belongings inside the locker. If you need to change privately, we recommend that you change in the shower room or notify our spa concierge, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. After, you will be guided to your seat and a complimentary foot soak will be provided (if applicable). Please enjoy, unwind and relax while waiting for our dedicated therapist to take care of you.

We offer a complimentary fresh cut fruit and  alcoholic beverages for adults 21 years old or older only. We only offer 1 glass of alcoholic beverage per 50 minute of your service. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive a complimentary fresh cut fruit as we try to minimize any unnecessary waste.

If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment (e.g. the pressure, the music or the temperature) please feel free to let your therapist know as they will be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments.

Spa Attire

We recommend that you remove any jewelry on your body and wear a provided robe and a pair of sanitary slipper while in our spa. However, please feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. You may be asked to remove certain clothing but the most important thing is that you are comfortable. Our therapists will keep your body draped in massage table sheets and only expose each area being treated. In wet treatments such as body treatment services, you will not always be draped. We will provide a disposable underwear if needed.

Late Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your spa reservation's time to check in, fill out our intake form (if not completed before your arrival), allow yourself to change into a robe and unwind in our relaxation lounge. If you arrive late, your total reservation price will not be prorated and your time will be shorten as our therapists need to prepare for his/her next services on time.

We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled, for guests arriving more than 30 minutes late of their reserved time.


Reservations & Cancellations

We recommend booking in advance. Credit card details are required to make and confirm any reservation.

Please notify us at least 24 hours if your would like to make any changes or cancel your reservation. And at least 48 hours  for any reservation that lasts more than 80 minutes, or group, or multiple-service reservations.

Late cancellation will result in 50% of total reservation and insufficient notice, same-day cancellation or failure to notify will result in 100% of total reservation

This policy is to allow other guests enjoy our services.




Children under the age of 16 may have treatments as long as they are accompanied by adult who has signed a consent form. If the child is between 16 and 18 years of age, they can have treatments without an adult, but the adult must sign a consent form. All junior treatments must to be approved by the Spa Manager.

Health Concerns

Please advise the Spa when making your booking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you suffer from any medical conditions, injuries and allergies or if you have any special requests as some treatments may not be safe or suitable to be carried out.

Right to Refuse Service

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all our guests and staff. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service for any of the following reasons:


  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other guests.
  • Engagement in illegal activities or behaviors that disrupt our professional setting.
  • Failure to provide payment at the time of service, including issues with credit cards at check-in.
  • Non-compliance with our reservation and cancellation policies.
  • Creating disturbances or failing to maintain the cleanliness and order of our facilities, including not returning amenities to their proper place or leaving areas excessively untidy.
  • Manipulating or attempting to circumvent our pricing structures, including abuse of introductory pricing offers.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all amenities offered by our spa; however, we kindly request that you tidy up after use and return items to their designated places. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping our spa a tranquil and welcoming place for all.
